There was a girl with a mermaid obession. Who lived in a small town right by the sea. She shared a great love with a native boy, but their love could never be. She was forced to marry a brutal cur. Who battered and bruised and missused her. She died with a longing in her heart. For the lost love with whom she had to part. Her true love broken by this terrible news. Stole her body during the evening hues. He dressed her in her mermaid tail and carried her body, peaceful and pale, into the stormy waters of the tempestuous sea, where she and her love could forever be... *
